OK - Great job. I'm glad that you are having fun with Photoshop. Your basic divisions are super. In the center section, with all of the circles, you don't have to divide it into 3 columns. Those circles are all the same size and can be put in the same large div and styled the same. If they are all set to float left, they will line up across the row and then start a new row when they run out of room. Easy.
