1. Starting Point
How much did you know about Web design, HTML and CSS Layout when you started?
I would say I knew very little. I had a hard time remembering what I used to know.
2. Ending Point
How comfortable are you with Web Design, HTML and CSS Layout now?
The whole process got a whole lot quicker than before because now I'm not trying to relearn things.
3. Class Materials
How do you feel about the books and videos that we used in class? Was it helpful for you? Do you have any suggestions for other methods or materials - or a wish list of what you would like to have seen?
I did not like or use the books/videos. They were very unfriendly. I went elsewhere online for material.
4. Something That Was the Hardest for You
What part of taking this class was the most difficult for you?
Trying to balance the class with 5 other classes. The online part just made it too hard.
5. Something That Was the Easiest
What part of taking this class was the easiest for you?
That I could take it online and on my own time.
6. Support
Do you have suggestions for ways that I can support students more fully - especially in what you think are the most difficult parts of the class.
More efficient teaching. The lessons aren't exactly lessons. I feel like I'm just reading and testing on my own. All of which doesn't take much effort.
7. One Thing You Have Learned
If you had to pick one thing, what would you say is the most important thing you've learned this semester?
That you can't win em all.
8. Anything Else
What else would you like to say?
I'd like to retake the class next semester when I don't have a million other classes to worry about.
